این پیشنویس چارچوب استفاده از وبسایت ماهان و سامانه IranSCM را توضیح میدهد. با انتشار نسخه نهایی، استفاده از سرویس تابع شرایط تأییدشده خواهد بود.
استفاده مجاز
کاربر باید از سرویس مطابق قوانین، قرارداد سازمانی و مجوزهای دسترسی خود استفاده کند و اطلاعات دقیق و بهروز ارائه دهد.
حساب و امنیت دسترسی
کاربر مسئول حفاظت از نام کاربری، رمز عبور و سایر روشهای ورود خود و فعالیتهای انجامشده با حساب است. دسترسی نباید با افراد غیرمجاز به اشتراک گذاشته شود و هر دسترسی مشکوک باید سریعاً گزارش شود.
دادههای سازمانی
کاربر و سازمان او مسئول داشتن مجوز لازم برای ثبت، بارگذاری و پردازش دادههای محموله، موجودی، پلمپ، کارکنان و اشخاص ثالث هستند. سرویس نباید برای نقض حقوق دیگران یا قوانین استفاده شود.
استفادههای ممنوع
- دور زدن کنترلهای دسترسی یا تلاش برای دسترسی غیرمجاز
- بارگذاری بدافزار، کد مخرب یا محتوای غیرقانونی
- ایجاد اختلال، اسکن مخرب یا تحمیل بار غیرمتعارف به سرویس
- استفاده از اطلاعات دیگران بدون مجوز یا جعل هویت
- استفاده از سرویس برای نقض قرارداد یا مقررات سازمانی
دسترسپذیری و تغییرات
سرویس ممکن است برای نگهداری، ارتقا، رفع اشکال یا پاسخ به رخداد امنیتی موقتاً محدود شود. قابلیتها، مستندات و این شرایط ممکن است با اطلاعرسانی مناسب تغییر کنند.
مالکیت فکری
نام ماهان، IranSCM، نرمافزار، محتوا، نشانها و طراحیهای متعلق به شرکت یا صاحبان مجاز آن تحت حقوق مربوطه باقی میمانند. استفاده از سرویس مجوزی فراتر از حقوق صریح و مجاز ایجاد نمیکند.
تماس و شرایط نهایی
قانون حاکم، مرجع رسیدگی، حدود مسئولیت، هزینهها و روند خاتمه یا تعلیق حساب باید پیش از انتشار نهایی توسط شرکت و مشاور حقوقی تکمیل و تأیید شوند. پرسشها را به info@mahansco.com ارسال کنید.

This draft describes the framework for using the Mahan website and IranSCM platform. After publication, use of the service will be governed by the approved final terms.
Permitted use
Users must use the service lawfully and in accordance with their organization’s agreement and access permissions, and must provide accurate and current information.
Accounts and access security
Users are responsible for protecting usernames, passwords, and other login methods, and for activity under their accounts. Access must not be shared with unauthorized people, and suspected compromise must be reported promptly.
Organizational data
Users and their organizations are responsible for having the necessary authorization to record, upload, and process shipment, inventory, seal, employee, and third-party information. The service must not be used to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Prohibited use
- Bypassing access controls or attempting unauthorized access
- Uploading malware, malicious code, or unlawful content
- Disrupting the service, malicious scanning, or imposing unreasonable load
- Using another person’s information without authorization or impersonating someone
- Using the service to violate an agreement or organizational policy
Availability and changes
The service may be temporarily limited for maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, or security incident response. Features, documentation, and these terms may change with appropriate notice.
Intellectual property
The Mahan name, IranSCM, software, content, marks, and designs owned by the company or authorized owners remain protected by applicable rights. Use of the service does not grant rights beyond those expressly permitted.
