این سیاست توضیح میدهد ماهان و سامانه IranSCM برای ارائه، ایمنسازی و پشتیبانی از خدمات خود چه اطلاعاتی را ممکن است پردازش کنند.
اطلاعاتی که ممکن است دریافت شود
- اطلاعات حساب مانند نام، ایمیل، شماره تماس، شرکت و نقش کاربر
- اطلاعات عملیاتی مانند محمولهها، موجودی، پلمپها و رویدادهای ثبتشده
- فایلها و اطلاعاتی که کاربر با مجوز سازمان خود بارگذاری میکند
- اطلاعات فنی مانند نشانی IP، نوع دستگاه، زمان ورود و گزارشهای امنیتی
- اطلاعاتی که در مکاتبه با پشتیبانی یا از طریق ایمیل ارسال میشود
هدف پردازش
ارائه و نگهداری سرویس، احراز هویت، کنترل دسترسی، امنیت، پشتیبانی، رفع اشکال، تهیه گزارشهای عملیاتی و رعایت تعهدات قانونی و قراردادی.
اشتراکگذاری
اطلاعات فقط برای ارائه سرویس، میزبانی، پشتیبانی، امنیت یا انجام تعهد قانونی و قراردادی، با اشخاص مجاز و ارائهدهندگان مورد اعتماد به اشتراک گذاشته میشود. فروش اطلاعات شخصی هدف این سرویس نیست.
نگهداری و امنیت
اطلاعات برای مدتی نگهداری میشود که برای هدف جمعآوری، تعهدات قراردادی، الزامات قانونی و رسیدگی به اختلافات لازم باشد. دورههای دقیق نگهداری، حذف و ناشناسسازی باید در نسخه نهایی مشخص شوند. کنترل دسترسی، ارتباط رمزگذاریشده، ثبت رویداد و پشتیبانگیری برای حفاظت از اطلاعات استفاده میشود.
درخواستهای مرتبط با داده
برای پرسش، اصلاح، دریافت نسخه، حذف یا محدودسازی پردازش اطلاعات، درخواست خود را با توضیح کافی به info@mahansco.com ارسال کنید. روش احراز هویت و مهلت پاسخگویی در نسخه نهایی تعیین میشود.
تغییرات و تماس
نسخه نهایی و تاریخ اجرای آن در همین صفحه منتشر خواهد شد. تغییرات مهم از مسیر مناسب اطلاعرسانی میشوند.

To provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, enforce access controls, protect security, provide support, troubleshoot, produce operational reports, and meet legal and contractual obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only as needed for service delivery, hosting, support, security, or legal and contractual obligations with authorized people and trusted providers. Selling personal information is not a purpose of this service.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for its purpose, contractual obligations, legal requirements, and dispute handling. Exact retention, deletion, and anonymization periods must be specified in the final policy. Access controls, encrypted communications, event logging, and backups are used to protect information.

For questions or requests to access, correct, receive a copy of, delete, or restrict processing of information, email info@mahansco.com with sufficient detail. Verification and response periods will be defined in the final policy.
